- For regular maintenance, it is recommended to lubricate the wheels, joint connector, and other sliding parts with a light oil or silicone spray. Avoid using lubricating oils with high viscosity, as they tend to attract dust and sand, which can impede and harm the sliding parts.

- Do not place items weighing more than 2.5 kg in the storage basket.
- Using excessive weight or folding the stroller improperly, along with the usage of incorrect accessories, can result in stroller damage, malfunction, or unsafe operation.

- To prolong the lifespan of the product, we recommend keeping it clean and avoiding prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or leaving the stroller inside a car for extended periods.

Can the basket be detached separately?
TeddyLand Classic can only be folded into a single unit, making it lighter and more convenient for shorter trips, as well as easier to carry up and down stairs.
TeddyLand Petite offers both single-unit folding and a detachable option, thoughtfully designed with two modes for owners to choose from. When simple pet movement is needed, the pet basket on the stroller can be removed for greater stability. Additionally, it can be folded into a single unit for easier opening and closing during transport.
What is the weight capacity of the pet stroller?
TeddyLand Classic has a weight capacity of up to 22 kg.
TeddyLand Petite has a weight capacity of up to 15 kg.
Is it free shipping? Can the stroller be replaced if there are any issues?
Our pet stroller comes with free shipping to any country or region. If any non-human-induced damages are found within seven days of receiving the stroller, customers can contact us for a free return or replacement.
After the seven-day period, customers will be responsible for the shipping fees for any return, exchange, or repair of the stroller.
What technique is used for engraving? Is there a character limit?
Our strollers utilize laser printing technology from Thailand, ensuring that the names will not fade. There is a character limit of 12 characters, including spaces. We recommend using English for the best visual result.
