Terms and Conditions

  1. According to the issue date stated on the official receipt, customers have a period of seven days from the issue date to notify the store and request a replacement for a brand new stroller in its original packaging, in the case of any non-human-induced damages. This replacement offer is limited to one-time only. Customers are advised to inspect the brand new stroller together with store staff (if available) to ensure there are no issues.

  2. The one-year free maintenance includes natural wear and tear of non-human-induced parts, dryness of wheel bearings affecting smoothness, missing parts, damages to the folding mechanism preventing proper folding, and damages to the locks on the cover (front, back, and sides).

  3. All strollers are eligible for paid maintenance, which will be charged based on the damaged components.

  4. Customers are advised to carefully read the maintenance and safety precautions stated in the instruction manual. In the event of accidents or damages caused by violation of these guidelines, requests for compensation or repairs will be subject to the final decision of the store.

  5. Paid Maintenance: All strollers are eligible for paid maintenance, which will be charged based on the damaged components. Customers will be informed of the applicable fees before proceeding with the repair.

  6. Customer Responsibilities: Customers are responsible for carefully reading and adhering to the maintenance and safety precautions stated in the instruction manual. Any accidents or damages caused by the violation of these guidelines may result in the store's refusal to provide compensation or repairs.

  7. Final Decision: The store reserves the right to make the final decision regarding compensation, repairs, or replacements in the event of disputes or claims arising from accidents or damages.

  8. Proof of Purchase: Customers must present the original receipt or proof of purchase when seeking maintenance, warranty, or replacement services.

  9. Non-Transferable: The maintenance and warranty services provided are non-transferable and apply only to the original purchaser of the stroller.

  10. Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, improper maintenance, unauthorized repairs, modifications, accidents, neglect, or normal wear and tear.

  11. Store's Liability: The store's liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the stroller as stated in these terms and conditions. The store is not responsible for any additional costs, damages, or losses incurred by the customer.

  12. Applicable Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the relevant jurisdiction.
